Equality=Business Growth, a business luncheon presented by the Cream City Foundation in collaboration with its QShare LGBT Business Network, will take place Thursday, October 28 at the Manpower Global Headquarters in Milwaukee. Presented by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, the event will focus on ways to create a welcoming workplace for all, including Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) employees.

“Culturally competent workplaces are the key for recruiting and retaining the best talent,” said Maria Cadenas, Executive Director of the Cream City Foundation. “Ensuring that gay and transgender employees feel welcomed and supported helps create a productive workforce and strengthens Milwaukee’s competitive edge in this global market.”

Cream City Foundation’s luncheon is part of its business initiative aimed at encouraging a culture of respect and acceptance for all workers, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

“It’s the right thing to do,” said Stacey Herzing, President of the Board of the Cream City Foundation. “Business is a key component of any community’s success. A productive workforce not only helps a business grow, but it also nourishes our community by providing engaged volunteers and donors.”

Good for them. Most of the large companies in America are at the forefront of ending homphobic discrimination, and evil often perpetuated by people who call themselves christians, but are anythign but christian.

Hatred -thats what it is, sells in this world. I have to wonder how well it will serve these faux christians in the next world.

Do you want to tie your ultimate fate to those who do exactly the opposite of what Jesus commanded us to do in his 2nd of only two commandments ” to love thy neighbor as thyself”

Good for Prudential and the other business people.
