The selling of the water works program or assigning the water works program to Bechtel is irreprehensbile.
Bechtel was instrumental in the chaos and overcharging to peasants in South America. Bechtel was instrumental in Georgia, not the state but the country. They were ridden out of that country with their high and backhanded charges.
What is wrong with you people? Don’t anyone of you ever read the news, or I should say research what you’re putting the Milwaukee Water Works into a corporation that has a horrible track record? It’s so easy to wash one hands of a problem, but this time you’re washing the hands of an evil company. Shame on you! Shame on Milwaukee and it’s leadership.
