Dear Neighbors,

I am writing today to invite you to a town hall meeting that I am hosting in conjunction with Equality Wisconsin. I, along with Milwaukee attorney Jonathon Flynn, will be discussing the recently enacted Domestic Partnership benefits and protections for same-sex couples. I will be doing a short overview of the new law and will take your questions.

I am so proud to be part of this historic victory for civil rights. This law makes Wisconsin the first state in the Midwest to legislatively enact protections for same-sex couples.
