Winter Blast needs you!

Volunteers are needed for the 11th Annual Bay View Neighborhood Association Winter Blast.
Featuring a luau theme, the family-friendly event is Sunday, Feb. 17, Noon-4pm at the South Shore Park Pavilion, 2900 S. Shore Dr.
Neighborhood and community nonprofit organizations will be at the event to introduce themselves and their work. There will be face-painting, hula hoop and limbo contests, a Hawaiian shirt contest, and Spam carving. A Tiki photo booth will be on site for Tiki-themed photos. The Honolulu Millionaires will perform and Klement’s Racing Sausages will attend.
Volunteers are needed from 12-4pm to help with set-up, tear-down, concessions, and other tasks. To volunteer or for more information, contact Kate Fowdy, kate.fowdy@yahoo.com.
