Tragic car accident on Oklahoma Avenue, one fatality

A three-car vehicle accident that occurred in front of the Gyros Stand, 1110 E. Oklahoma Ave. about 3:30pm resulted in one fatality.

A Milwaukee Police officer at the scene would not confirm the fatality but this reporter overheard the same officer advising drivers and passengers of other vehicles involved in the accident that they would have to wait for further interviews about the collision “because there was a fatality involved.”

An unidentified accident witness also stated that there was a fatality.
