DMA’s Third Annual Green Festival

Downtown Montessori Academy, 2507 S. Graham St., held their Third Annual Green Festival Friday, May 11. The school has been a Green and Healthy School since 2007. The Green Festival promotes sustainable living habits including composting, growing food, and wise energy usage. This year’s festival included demonstrations by Sweet Water Organics, Beehive Alchemy, Wisconsin Bike Federation and Urban Ecology Center. Palomino Bar and Sven’s European Café provided food and coffee.
